1. General
Collectableworld strives to provide a great experience for all participants. However, we understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel your participation. This policy explains the terms and procedures for cancellations and refunds.
2. Cancellation Policy
- From 90 to 30 days before the event: Cancellations received between 90 and 30 days before the event start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount.
- Less than 30 days before the event: Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event start date are eligible for a refund of 0% of the total amount.
3. Exceptions
- Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency that prevents your participation, you may request an exception. A medical certificate must be attached to your request.
- Death 1st Circuit: In case of death within 1st Circuit, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Force Majeure: Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the participant's control, such as natural disasters or government actions, may be eligible for a full or partial refund at the organizers' discretion.
4. Procedure for Cancellation.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@collectableworldevents.nl
- In your email, please include your name, contact information, and registration number.
- Attach relevant documentation if applicable (e.g., medical statements).
5. Confirmation of Cancellation.
- You will receive confirmation of your cancellation within 7 business days of receiving your request.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of confirmation of cancellation.
6. Transfer of exhibitor tables.
- As an alternative to cancellation, exhibitors may transfer tables to another person. Requests for ticket transfers must be made at least 14 days prior to the event start date.

7. Changes in Policy.
-Collectableworld reserves the right to change this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the official event website and via email to registered participants.
8. Cancel in case of severe weather
Bad Weather Definition
"Inclement weather" shall mean weather conditions that cause the
safety of participants or the conduct of the activity may jeopardize
bring, including but not limited to heavy rain, storms, snow, sleet,
high wind speeds or other extreme weather conditions.
Responsibility of the Organizer The organizer reserves the right to
cancel, postpone or
change in case of inclement weather, if deemed necessary for the
safety of participants, staff or the public.
Weather conditions during the Activity If the activity has already begun and the
weather conditions deteriorate to the point where continuation is not safe, the
the activity be terminated early. In this case, no refunds will be
provided, but participants may receive a voucher for a future
activity.
No Compensation for Bad Weather The organizer is not liable for damage, loss or inconvenience
caused by inclement weather, nor for travel or lodging expenses incurred by participants
make in connection with the event.
Force majeure In cases
of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions beyond the control of the
organizer lie, the organizer reserves the right to make the event
or cancel the activity without any compensation to participants,
unless otherwise agreed.
Liability The
organizer is not liable for damage to personal property or
injuries arising from inclement weather during the activity, unless there are
of intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
